My property styling service specialises in transforming smaller 2 – 3 bedroom properties for sale. I provide project management for small makeover projects and specific furnishings to style smaller properties. My use of clever 'small-home strategies' aim to improve the feeling of flow and better connect with your potential buyers.
My interior decorating service offers specific assistance to help transform your home with design advice, renovation projects and new furnishings into a place you will love to live in.

The Sway service
When it comes to transforming your property for sale, I can provide ‘a little’ or ‘a lot’, depending on your needs and budget. This may just include soft furnishings, artwork and limited furniture (part styling) or a makeover project and full styling of an empty home.
How it works...
The first step in the process is to view the property so I can prepare a scope of the project and provide a formal quote. When you're ready to say 'Book me in Bec!', a signed contract will be required. With the assistance of a team of suppliers, trades and professional removalists, I will complete the project prior to real estate photos being taken.
The styling furniture will remain in the property until the end of the hire period (minimum 6 weeks) or until the property is sold!
While every home is presented in a unique way for a specific target market, my 'signature style' usually includes lots of layers and textures to achieve a luxurious look - without the designer price tag.

Are you wanting to renovate and decorate your home but lacking the vision and/or time to make it happen? I offer an interior renovation and decorating service to help transform your home into a place you’ll love to live in.
How it works...
You will be sent a short questionnaire to complete, which will give me a clear brief on what you are wanting to achieve.
We will then have a 90-minute consult in your home to discuss and plan each space.
From there, the project scope, timeline and budget will be confirmed, before I get busy with my team of trusted, affordable suppliers and trades to bring the transformation to life.
