With over 5 years in the industry, I now specialise in transforming smaller 2 – 3 bedroom properties for sale. I provide specific furnishings to suit smaller properties and clever 'small-home strategies' to improve the feeling of flow and space.  

I can provide ‘a little’ or ‘a lot’, depending on your needs and budget. This may just include soft furnishings, artwork and limited furniture (part styling) or full styling of an empty home.

While every home is presented in a unique way for a specific target market, my 'signature style' usually includes lots of layers and textures to achieve a luxurious look - without the designer price tag.

The first step is to get in touch so we can have a chat about what you're hoping to achieve for your property. I can provide a price range over the phone, however to provide a formal quote, I will need to visit the property to understand exactly what will be required.

Following the property viewing, I will provide a formal quote, listing the furnishings I will supply in every space. I will also include a customised moodboard with specific pieces from my inventory to demonstrate the look and feel I recommend for your property.

When you're ready to say 'Book me in Bec!', a signed agreement form and full pre-payment will be required, at least a week prior to the installation. With the assistance of professional removalists, I will complete the styling installation prior to real estate photos being taken. The furnishings will remain in the property until the end of the hire period (minimum 6 weeks) or until the property is sold!
