Why Sway

SWAY is led by Rebecca Davis – chief of everything at SWAY Styling.

How I got started….

I have a strong background in hotel marketing where my love for luxurious furnishings and design began. After staging a personal investment property for sale with fantastic results, I realized I could help others do the same. I completed training with the Australian Institute of Home Stagers and I am now on a mission to help home owners maximize the value of their biggest asset.

How am I different to other stylists?

My corporate marketing background ensures I provide a very professional and strategic approach to the sale of your property. I thoroughly review the style of property, its pre-staging appearance and target market to determine how every space in the home will best be presented.

I also believe in providing genuine value for money. I have found that I am very skillful in producing a luxurious look, without the designer price tag.

After a few years in the industry, my experience and ‘big picture’ approach guides home owners through the entire sales process. My aim is to minimize stress by providing impartial feedback on everything along the way, including photo selection, listing description and advertising campaigns, where necessary.

Why you need professional staging…

Selling a property can be a rollercoaster ride. You want to be able to look back and know you’ve done everything you can to maximize the sale price. We all know that presentation is a crucial part of the campaign. Good quality, professional staging shows every space off to its full potential and creates an emotional appeal to potential buyers. In terms of the marketing campaign, it also means your listing photos are more likely to attract potential buyers to the opens and then hook them with the promise of the lifestyle change they’ve been dreaming about. Many of my clients will take a look at their beautifully staged homes and wonder if they should still sell them!
